Very easy to use - office electronics

I bought this product it really helps me sleep better at night knowing my mom has it for an emergency. It's very easy to use. Just press the button, that's it, and it's not fragile to break easily. I'm glad I bought it!

Suitable for pagers

Easy to use. Good range. I just wish there was a belt clip or straps in the grooming unit. The husband left the phone face down on the counter and the grandfather pressed the call button and no one heard. Overall a great product for the recipient to call the trustee.

It's awesome! in pagers

This is such a great tool for caregivers! I take care of my mother and our rooms are on different sides of the house. There's a wide volume range that helps wake up even those who sleep quickly. You can easily charge the receiver without having to change batteries.

The Caregiver Pager is a great help and relief

I ordered these for my elderly father who needs help getting up. That's great! We can move around the house with the receiver and he just pushes a button when he needs help. There is a wide range to choose from and it comes with a lanyard that can be worn around the neck or hung on a walker. It gives us so much peace of mind that we can be there when he needs us, especially at night.

Good, but: Pager

The ringer is loud (good) and has various ringer options. The real button on the call button is big enough for my mom to press easily enough, and it also has a distinctive feel when pressed. The instructions were on a 2x2 sheet of paper and were useless. No, not much to do here, but it would be nice to know what the colors mean when loading. Also one of the call buttons died and I've only had it for 6 weeks so it's really annoying.

A remote control does not work. The off button is hard to find. This is a doorbell, not a care device.

Why is it so difficult to make a product useful and of high quality? Ever heard of quality control? Why doesn't one of the call buttons work immediately? If it's a grooming device, why does the manual say doorbell? Why do ringtones say "Welcome" when it's a care device? Why are the instructions written in Chinese? The off button on the call is the most convenient button, unlike any other. Why is it in the middle of others so when you look for the off button you press everyone else? Ever heard…
