A remote control does not work. The off button is hard to find. This is a doorbell, not a care device.
Why is it so difficult to make a product useful and of high quality? Ever heard of quality control? Why doesn't one of the call buttons work immediately? If it's a grooming device, why does the manual say doorbell? Why do ringtones say "Welcome" when it's a care device? Why are the instructions written in Chinese? The off button on the call is the most convenient button, unlike any other. Why is it in the middle of others so when you look for the off button you press everyone else? Ever heard of "usabilityβ?
