works fine for our Holland Lop. The top can get a little dirty and gets dirty easily. It would be nice if it weren't for the stain. We put a puppy mat on top to help. Maybe wider to fit the whole bun. Even little Holland's butt sticks out when he eats. A few centimeters make a difference. Basically it does what it should.

Love this box but not for adult guinea pigs. I bought 2 of these hoping for easier cleaning. Of course, it is easier to clean, but the waste grate is too big. One of our guinea pigs got his foot stuck in it and suffered a compound fracture. Not good! I didn't put a net on top to allow urine to flow into the bottom bowl.

But there were a few practical issues with using it on rabbits: hay can fall through and fill the collection bin, difficulty lining the pads, rabbits urinate outside of the drain area, not big enough for most buns after they grow, latch stays in the hole hang . way if you want to prop it up against a wall. Bought several kitty litters under $10 and had absolutely no problems.

Big size, my two rabbits can use it with enough space. I was hoping for the easy cleaning, which turned out to be not so easy. I pull out the bottom, it spreads everywhere. I bought this litter box hoping it would minimize the amount of hay and poop I have to clean up on a daily basis.
