Brand new, straight out of the box, one pot is chipped and the other pot is not sitting straight. Expected more from Calfalon. Call customer service and they just won't listen. I want to send me a new cover as I told him that was no problem.

I was worried when I bought it because people said it was easy to scratch. I had no problems at all. I love how evenly they cook and things do NOT stick. They're heavy, but that's what makes good pots and pans. love how they stack up!

After 8 months of heavy use they have exceeded the typical 3-6 month lifespan of non-stick coatings in this home. I hand wash them instead of using them in the dishwasher, don't use metal cookware, and rarely use heat above 7/10 on my electric stove (boo). I love these pans! They heat evenly, retain heat well, store stacked without scratching each other, and are easy to clean.

These pans have an even heating surface. They are great for cooking whatever you want to prepare in the kitchen. I only use wooden utensils, they are NOT scratch resistant. I really like these pans. We do not wash them in the dishwasher and never heat them above medium temperature. I always heat pots before boiling and salt water after it boils. This is how most pans should be handled in use to get the best performance and longevity from them. Yes, they're heavy, but I like that my empty pots don't fall over because the handle on one side makes them heavier. They fit perfectly in my closet and are so easy even my husband can figure it out.
