So far so good. We installed it on the side to have more of a door frame to connect to and so the dog couldn't move it back and forth and still get to the screen. It also prevents cats from scratching the screen. It feels pretty solid, but I wish the design was smaller to cover and protect more of the screen.

Nice size, easy to install, light weight but strong for our caravan. The problem is that it rattles since you can't pin the slide. Maybe apply some superglue or something else to stop the noise since we don't need to adjust the installed slide. It took a long time to get it, but at least we have it for next season.

This was easy, I pre-drilled the holes in my small sliding door screen. I had to pre-drill and install additional screws next to the center section to stabilize it so it wouldn't slip and the dog could get out. It would be more attractive if it was a flat grill, it looks bulky. But as they say, it keeps the dog from walking over my slider.

Although made for a camper van we fitted it to the smaller sliding door on our patio and it works great. We had to keep replacing our gate with a sliding gate as our corgis kept walking through it. Since our slider only has 5 headers, we could never find a suitable one. This RV screen protector is perfect. The design slides where you want. Corgi didn't run it! They have to push it aside when the big dog comes as they overlook it. But now the trick works for our door.

Purchased for my 5 wheel trailer screen door. I have 2 cats and a dog and needed something to keep them from leaning against the thin screen mesh. What I ordered is gray powder. It was easy enough to install and really made my screen door stronger! I like that the door feels more solid and not flimsy when opening and closing. Now my cats can rub the grille without damaging the screen material and my dog can see the door without accidentally bumping into it. Very satisfied.

This is a metal protector. 4 stars. Like its Camco Screen Door Pusher Arm brother, this guard needs a little tweaking to make it great. . Like the Companion, it barely fits in when folded minimally, but unlike it, it's low enough not to rub against the post when opening or closing. This works well as a screen protector for my dog. Stops him from diving through the screen in a hot daschound outside. It's good and I would probably buy it again.

Be careful when searching for a specific colour. This item is available in Black, White, - and . Silver. Some sellers may not state this clearly in the description as happened to me. I ended up with silver and what was pictured on the Revain website was white. I had to do this as this item was needed immediately.
