Camco 54788 Replacement Backup Light Review

Not sure how well they emit light but I use them in an older set of Yorkville professional speakers that use this bulb as a built in fuse to keep the tweeter driver (horn) from failing protect against overload.

I like these lamps. Having lived under LED lights for the last 7 or 8 years. I decided to travel back in time. And OMG - I can see again. I have epilepsy, which gives me a severe headache. Since I switched back. Not a single headache. I will never go back to LED.

Some reviews worried me that these are not 1141 bulbs. I was also wondering if these are fake. However, the inscription says 1141 and the code is from Camco. It fits exactly like an off the shelf pack bought from the dealer. They have not yet been tested for brightness and durability.

could have been used in place of 1151. Also seems brighter. Love the fact that for the price of 2 bulbs at Walmart you get 10 a pack. I bought 2 packs at this price. Having spare parts and not having to run to Walmart or auto repair shops saves a lot of time. I haven't tried using them to replace 1003 lightbulbs, but I will soon. I have 1003 on my wayward side of the van. While not as important as my front door, I'd happily replace it just like that.
