FUNCTION -- 2801: Locks the transmission flex plate in place for performing a timing service on N20/N26 engines. 7676: For repairing the balancer shaft, holding chain sprocket and for removing and installing the oil pump, chain, and sprocket for repair. BENEFITS -- While replacing the timing chain, this tool can hold the flex plate while releasing and torquing down the central bolt on the vibration damper hub. ADVANTAGE -- It helps to release and tighten down the central bolts on the vibration damper.
