It's easy to use and has many features that are helpful in making sure reservations go smoothly. I like how you can see what your guests are doing with their devices once they arrive at the campsite, which is very helpful when it comes time to check out. The ability to have multiple sites with different amenities is awesome! We love that we don’t need an agent at each site anymore since all our information gets transferred via wifi from one screen through out entire property!! I wish there was more control over what happens when someone comes in off-property instead booking them into their account directly but it works great as long you aren't doing anything too drastic like making reservations outside your own system. I like that you have options to change things up when it comes time so they aren't stuck with just one option once we've made our selection at their website! We also really appreciate being able use email in lieu sending paper mail; this is very helpful especially during peak season (i'm sure other times as well). It's not perfect by far but has been easy enough using them until now where my needs are more complex than what was offered previously - which makes sense considering how much better
