It's easy to use and has many features that are helpful in making sure reservations go smoothly. I like how you can see what your guests are doing with their devices once they arrive at the campsite, which is very helpful when it comes time to check out. There aren't too many downsides to this program. It's easy to set up and get started! It's also great if you have multiple sites/campsites because you'll be able to keep track of each site separately. You can easily book reservations for individual campsites as well, so it's a good way to make sure everyone has a pleasant experience. I haven't used any other booking programs, but I'm happy to know that we're using an excellent one. We've been able to streamline the process of getting our guests checked in and ensuring smooth transitions.
