The most helpful features are that it is easy to use with all its various functions which makes things so simple for me as an administrator! The best part about this software is that it allows multiple people to submit information at once without having each person have their own account! This makes things so simple for us because we don't need individual accounts anymore just one login per organization instead as many users/camps can use our system simultaneously with no issue (and still get notified when they are added!) The ease in which I can create my own database for any number of needs is great! Also being able to use our internal CMS makes it easy to build out pages with many different options available at once. There are no downsides that we have identified so far - other than if you need something specific they may be difficult (or impossible) to find elsewhere online.
