I originally bought this to use as a space heater and it's great! Lots of heat and I can say that it also warms up food very well. would recommend.

I hope this is what I received but the valve is defective and either does not burn consistently or randomly emits a plume of fire. It actually burned my facial hair and I was over two feet away. super dangerous! I sent it back and will not buy it again or recommend this junk to anyone.

I really like the stove and heater combination in the design. The stove works very well, heats up quickly and seems to burn evenly. The operation of the heater has yet to be fully tested. In general, the product is well made and easy to use. It's too big and bulky for hiking or backpacking, but great for car camping or power outages/disasters.

Great little combo oven/heater. In this mode it gives off an amazing amount of heat/warmth. I used it on a side table with a large gap in my tent on a cold morning. I would never use it while sleeping as of course it has flames. I've also used it with my regular sized kettle to boil water for instant coffee so I could drink coffee without leaving my warm tent - divine.

I recently bought this for a trip to northern Michigan for a week-long photo session (I'm a professional nature and wildlife artist). When I arrived at my destination, I had to set up my tent in a snowstorm. So that should give you an idea of how cold it was. but this heater kept my tent warm enough to handle the harsh April environment of northern Michigan. My only complaint is that there is no low oxygen sensor, so you have to be very careful not to succumb to carbon monoxide poisoning.
