They will tell you what the high and low temperatures were like. Plus current temperatures. So if I lose power to my food truck while it's in storage. Looking at them, I can easily see how low the temperature was while I was away. This can mean the difference between throwing it away and still being able to use it.

The thermometers are good enough and worked well but the batteries provided are disappointing. In early July I put a thermometer in the fridge in the kitchen and another in the fridge in the garage. One went empty in early November and now the second went empty towards the end of November. The battery life is between 4 and 4.5 months, which is much shorter than I expected.

Bought four of these thermometers. Before using them I ran a test to see how accurate they were to a known accurate thermometer and to see how close each of the four thermometers was to one and the other. I've found them to be within a tenth (0.1) of a degree Fahrenheit of each other and my famous thermometer. More than adequate for my needs. These thermometers also have multiple positioning/hanging methods, which is a nice feature. Recommend.

There is no photo, but everything is in operation. I bought 8 pieces and put them in a controlled area for 72 hours. The largest temperature difference between high and low temperature on the two blocks was 0.7 degrees. Most were either exactly the same or +/- 0.2 degrees. Very adequate for my needs. Used them in 2 fridges and 2 freezers to see if they were out of temp zones. Out of the box, they had different timings, allowing them to adapt in different zones. Not that accurate, with a 4 degree difference on one of them and a problem with two digital displays. Fixed one by clicking. There is no way to adjust the tempo. Worked well to check the min and max freeze defrost cycle temperatures to see the difference in degrees. Displays freeze in the freezer but just need to be wiped down. Other
