There is no photo, but everything is in operation. I bought 8 pieces and put them in a controlled area for 72 hours. The largest temperature difference between high and low temperature on the two blocks was 0.7 degrees. Most were either exactly the same or +/- 0.2 degrees. Very adequate for my needs.
