No hyperbolt! - Turn Signal Bulbs

After playing around with the LED conversions on my 2004 Dodge Dakota and encountering hyper-flash issues that additional resistors didn't solve, I gave these a try. Worked with no problems, wish I had gone the first time.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Has imperfections

Good product, installation is cumbersome.

Replaced the rear tail/brake and turn signals on the Armada and worked first time. On a positive note - a good product, bright and not a hint of hyperflare. The downside is that they go into the old lamp socket and at the end of the lamp there is a rubber clip that goes into an empty socket in the body. That leaves you with some wires and resistors to squeeze into the space behind the lighting unit. It took several tries to find the right location.

  • Best
Cons
  • Crumpled

Fantastic support, best in turn signal bulbs

On a 2006 Jeep Liberty, the listing notes said it was for 'turn signal'. It should indicate that these are not a brake/tail light replacement for my make and model and if they are red LED they will not fit front turn signals. With all that, they contacted me and did everything right. They offered me amber headlights so I could use them for the turn signals on my jeep. Fantastic support. You definitely see things through. In addition, the product works perfectly when installed in the right place

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Update available

Super bright red lights!

Easy replacement for 3157 in my 2010 Ram. The versatile rubber sleeve fits snugly into the case and I added a dab of super glue to ensure it stays in place. This is good because you can turn the lightbulb in the right direction. I also taped the connection to my wiring harness to keep water out. The resistors are small, no mounting tabs, but after 2 minutes of flashing they didn't even get warm so I just left them hanging in my pocket. The wiring seems solid, the light is very bright, hopefully

  • Impressive

2014 Ram 1500 Express Install

I installed these on my 2014 Ram 1500 by replacing the stock bulbs in the reflector housings. I can tell you 100% that these blocks with built in resistors will work with your RAM. I had no problems. Response and flash rates match OEM speed and are in pretty good sync, even with my extra brake light strip and the amber version of that bulb installed in my headlights (both sets showed the same A+). They use an OEM connector but you have to hide it in the fairing behind the brake light housing…

  • Great Price
Cons
  • Only available in Black

2013 Camaro Fits Turn Signal Bulbs

Purchased after seeing a video recommendation on YouTube. I have to say that this is a true plug and play light replacement for my 2013 Camaro. I swapped both out in less than half an hour. Zero hiccups or anything to talk about. They are also much brighter than regular incandescent bulbs. I can't say how long they will last, but so far I'm happy. **Update: I didn't notice it at first after installing it as I don't drive this car regularly. For some reason my digital speedometer is blank. I…

Pros
  • More than 400% brighter than Original Equipment halogen bulb, all-aluminum body for better heat distribution.
Cons
  • No automatically

Bright lights that are easy to install. No problem with Canbus

This is a direct replacement for 2057 turn signal bulbs (and 3157, 3067, 2157 etc). If you don't have a canbus system and still have an old style thermal relay for turn signals, I would go for cheaper LED bulbs without a load resistor and replace the relay with an electronic turn signal. On a newer machine like mine (2015 Wrangler) the blinking happens in the computer. This is ensured by the built-in terminating resistor. It's probably cheaper to buy a cheap bulb and separate load resistor, but

Pros
  • Powerful LED chips, 4 times brighter than standard bulbs.
Cons
  • Ok

These lights cause flashing cash and dashboard errors.

I just received 3 sets of headlights for my car. I bought these headlights because this company claims to prevent canbus errors, fast blinking and error codes on your car. As soon as I install these lights and turn on my car I have error codes on my cluster. Then when I turn on the turn signal, my turn signals flash quickly. So these lightbulbs did exactly the opposite of what this company claims they did. I strongly recommend these bulbs to anyone who has a tonneau equipped car and has their…

Pros
  • Integrated DC IC for long service life and low power consumption.
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Fixed a known issue on my 2002 Focus wagon and it looks great!

I bought several of these out of necessity. I have a 2002 Ford Focus station wagon and for some reason Ford designed the plastic of the tail light assemblies so that it couldn't handle the heat of a standard incandescent bulb over the years. The back of the housing, which contains the 3157 screw-in sockets, as well as the sockets themselves, melts, deforms, and fuses together. It's such a pain. The last time I changed the lamp I had to break something so the socket never stayed in the position…

Pros
  • Advantage: Polarity free design, compatible with CK/SRCK socket and standard socket.
Cons
  • Reliability
