Colorful Scented Unique Candles: Enhance Your Space with Candle Coloring Review

I wanted my candle to be a dark chocolate brown. I made a candle with a cup of soy wax and used 4 squares which I think should be more than enough. The wax was reddish in color, as in the photo. I tried adding 8 squares again to the same 1 cup melted soy wax. Same result. In the end it was not possible to create a true brown color.

I am so disappointed in these colored wax cubes. First, they are so small. how ridiculously small. And taking $15 is absurd for this size. I'm angry I spent my money on this! They need to be taken off Amazon so no one can buy them and fret about them like I did. And they melt very strangely. just so disappointed.

Colors are NOT correct. The brown turned red and completely ruined my candles! Also, it takes almost an eternity to melt. I suggest you put it together with the wax first, maybe just before you melt the wax because it has a higher melting point. Another con is that they come in super small blocks - I wasn't expecting them to be that small! You must exceed the recommended usage limit to achieve the desired color. At least the colored square tiles I received (no "cubes"; please learn to use your tongue) barely stained the soy wax in a small piece. Each slab is approximately 1" x 1" (1/8" thick) and divided into 12 pieces that can be cut or snapped off like a Hershey bar. At a ratio of 1 piece per 500ml the wax discolored almost not. At a more concentrated ratio of 3 pieces (a quarter of a plate) to 200 ml, the liquid was clear and had a pleasing hue, but the color of the solid paraffin was not uniform…
