Bought this for my 14 year old son because he loves football and asked for it. He loves it and says it's perfect for training and sport, especially since schools are closed due to COVID and sport is not allowed to reopen, so he's very happy to train at home.

Good set. You're not paying for a top-notch running ladder, so don't get your hopes up too high. If you're looking for something for really intense workouts, then you need to open your wallet more. But if you just want to exercise in the basement or garden, then this is the perfect set.

This set has brought a new meaning to outdoor play for my 4 children. My son (12) got them for his birthday as he wants to improve his flexibility and leg speed for the sport. My daughters have fun and enjoy it too, even the little one exploded with a parachute when we were going through this tropical storm, we had to take her a few blocks away but she was all smiling in that tree.

I've been using this flexibility workout for 2 weeks, I use it almost every day. It's longer than I need. I use ladders for mobility and run parachutes to increase my speed. The ladder is adjustable so you can make your steps longer or shorter, it is suitable for all ages who want to exercise, the whole set in a nice little packaging is very organized and also at a very reasonable price than I used the old one bought at an equipment store.

Great product and does the job. I've trained several times with the agility set and I'm happy with it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the ladder got tangled and I can't straighten some of the ropes. Most of it is straightened out but all 5 rods are tangled and the plastic is so tight on the rope that even trying to untangle it would be extremely tiring and time consuming. We bought this kit for our 12 year old (120lbs, 5ft 1in) but it only uses a parachute and cones. The stairs are terrible. Every time he wants to use it, he has to adjust the ladder so the squares are straight, and that's not a quick fix.
