📝 Canson XL Series Drawing Pad, 11" x 14 Review

I've been looking for this paper forever. .Well, ok, just a few years, but you get the idea. This is an excellent quality paper that I use for my main illustrations. They also come in different sizes, so I like that quality. Highly recommended to all artists.

The paper seems to be excellent. Haven't tried it yet. That's the same weight as paper in a sketchbook. It says "smooth" on it, but it's more of a mix of parchment and smooth. Not smooth like sketchbook paper or bristol card. Will try this and update my review once I do my first job.

I ordered the 9x12 knowing it would be slightly larger than my regular sketchbooks. However, I was quite surprised to find an 11" x 14" book instead. At first I was confused and frustrated. Although I was beginning to see it as a blessing rather than a curse. In addition, the quality was as expected and it was delivered fairly quickly, so if the order is larger than requested, it's not a big deal. I just have to get used to the big drawings.
