I wear these instead of slippers. I wear them at home every day. I can run short errands to the mailbox or pharmacy in them and they offer more protection than slippers even though they don't have arch support. Add some Dr. Scholl and they work if you wear them with round socks but if you want to wear them barefoot order one size down. The upper tends to wear down after around 8 months of wear but given the price the mileage is good enough for the money. I'm on the third pair.

They are very narrow so if you have wide feet they will fit you. The thin material and insole start to slide out. In general, it's okay to just kick back and not for long, I mean short, walks. They are not designed for such travel. The soles are very thin and I could feel every stone on the ground. The shoe itself held up well to tears, but the inner lining was starting to come loose. All in all again cool shoes but definitely with the confirmation that they are not suitable for hiking. lol…

I bought this pair of canvas deck shoes hoping that they would be more durable than other pool slippers I've bought before.
