The cork on an expensive bottle of single malt whiskey came loose and I had to reseal it somehow. That works great. Tight and tight fit. I also plan to use them for wine bottles.

I bought these for a specific purpose so I can put a bottle of wine on the side without leaking. Apparently they don't work for this purpose.

They look like cute little caps for your wine bottle, but they're also perfectly functional. They are simply pushed onto the end of the bottle and an airtight seal is created. I've tested this with a few bottles of wine and you can keep it on its side in the fridge for days (as it's often difficult to find somewhere to keep it upright). Very happy with these bright covers.

They seal the wine bottle very well and are easy to put on and take off. The directions suggest not to use them with sparkling wines or Moscato, so I wonder why the site mentions bottles of beer and champagne. It seems if it can't be used with sparkling wine then it can't be used with beer either. By far the best way to seal a wine bottle is simple and effective. But that's JustMe.

These wine stoppers are really easy to use - they fit standard sized wine bottles easily. (We haven't tried this with champagne bottles, but I've seen that putting them on anything larger than a regular wine bottle can be tricky). I doubted they would be watertight, but of course, even when storing our white wine sideways in the fridge, we didn't have any leakage issues. The bright colors also make them easy to find in the kitchen drawer where we keep them. We are happy with them!

I don't drink much wine as I live alone and just plugging the cork after I've had a glass or two of wine doesn't keep it fresh. These wine bottle stoppers keep the wine fresh better so it can take me days to drink a bottle alone or share it with a friend who is also someone who only drinks a glass or two. The colors are great. And it's easier to store wine with these tight-fitting corks than protruding ones, so I can put the bottle in any free spot in the fridge.

I like these caps more than others for several reasons: They don't add height to the bottle like a cork or other caps do, so the bottle can be stored in the fridge with ease. Well it seemed incredible to me so I just had to try it by capping my freshly opened bottle and turning it upside down.
