I use a ThermoWorks dual channel thermometer with high temperature wire probe (K-38X) to monitor my grill. I could never find a grill clamp for this probe as it ended up being very thick. The Cappec Universal A clamp fits perfectly! I can finally attach this probe directly to the grill grate instead of using a foil ball. So much more convenient. Additionally, it places the sensor at roughly the same height as the meat for more accurate readings of the grill's internal temperature. I'm so glad I

I recently purchased a dual probe thermometer system for my Kamado grill. The included oven probe holder was flimsy and lacked a bracket to hold the probe on the grill. I bought Cappec Universal as a 3rd party solution and it worked great. With three slots provided, this holder can accommodate any thermometer sensor. This probe holder is worth having to stabilize the probe's position and ensure you get an accurate reading of the temperature inside the grill.

The fins on the pans in my Maytag Gemini oven are obviously much wider than what this flimsy little probe holder was designed for; tongs to keep it somehow clamped after sliding the probe in were employed .Didn't break or fall, but again, I don't move oven racks that often, so it's not really a surprise...we'll see how well they hold up over time.So far so good, but probably not which I would call impressive. For what it is it should have been two bucks less. Or they should have included two…
