I use a ThermoWorks dual channel thermometer with high temperature wire probe (K-38X) to monitor my grill. I could never find a grill clamp for this probe as it ended up being very thick. The Cappec Universal A clamp fits perfectly! I can finally attach this probe directly to the grill grate instead of using a foil ball. So much more convenient. Additionally, it places the sensor at roughly the same height as the meat for more accurate readings of the grill's internal temperature. I'm so glad I found this item at Revain.
