☕️ Capresso 424.01 12-Cup Stainless Drip Coffeemaker - Compact and Reliable Brewer Review

I bought this coffee machine in 2018. We are a family of coffee lovers. This coffee maker makes at least one cup of coffee a day, sometimes two. Has worked reliably for 2.5 years. The only complaint I had was that the on/off button was hard to see so I took some light nail polish and painted on that button. Problem solved. I would buy this again.

This coffee maker is quite expensive but I bought it because I had one that I really liked and is probably 10 years in use. It eventually stopped working, so I bought it from Revain. It works well but the coffee isn't hot which is a real disappointment. I would like to send it back but it's too late now.

This kettle replaces an expensive stainless steel Krups coffee maker that didn't hold up in the dishwasher and didn't make delicious coffee. I tried Capresso because I have the same brand of milk frother and it works great. Good basic model with integrated water filter. So far the coffee has been delicious and mild. I would recommend it.

I've always loved Capresso products. This machine doesn't exactly sit on the counter. he swings I assumed I was missing the little rubber buttons on the bottom, but Voss said the machine was designed that way. I'm disappointed in the quality for the price. The machine is not stable on the counter. I wrote to the seller twice, he didn't offer anything. Pretty disappointed. Would not recommend this product.

This is a great coffee maker and the price is right! Our previous pot. Krupp, expired when I became incapacitated by the fall. My husband ran for a replacement and came home with a round Mr Coffee basket. The coffee wasn't very good so I searched online and found a capresso with a basket for the waffles. It arrived, we used it straight away and love it. Never heard of this brand but took the reviewers at their word. Gave Goodwill an almost new Mr. C.

This coffee maker makes delicious coffee. The heating element heats it up to a temperature high enough to burn your mouth, so you don't have to preheat the mug in winter. The minimalist design feels very cheap so time will tell if the design will last 10 years like my last Capresso coffee maker. My only complaint is that the LCD clock is tiny and almost impossible to read due to the viewing angle Capreso chose, combined with the plastic cover and the glare from the lamps in my kitchen. It keeps the temperature at a good level, brews quickly (minimizing tar formation and produces a cleaner coffee) and brews at the right temperature. We will not buy again. This is our second cappresso machine, the first was the stainless steel carafe version. We had trouble draining the coffee from the filter area into the actual carafe.
