Works great. Difficult to find a fixing U-joint. Holds a "chain" of sockets together. Never throw sockets in your car again.

Spark plugs are top quality and easy to remove (hard to reach #4 or Expedition). I will buy again as a gift. will accompany me for a long time.

Overall the finish of the tool makes a professional impression. Until I dropped the socket and it holds up well. I would consider it a well constructed tool set at this stage of use. The review was done by a large car technician (husband bought).

I'm always looking for tools to help me when the time comes. I use this set in combination with my lock extensions and I find this combination the best. The only thing that would make these universal joints better is if they also had magnets on the ends. I am very happy with the set and would recommend it for your tool kit.

As another reviewer noted, 1/4 won't grab or hold most heads. But works great with 1/4 toothed wrench sets, 12 point sockets, SAE or metric. Find out. Supplied with a plastic holder with a transparent cover. Imagine using a 24" extension with a universal end and your latch on the socket falls out and is never seen again. It is best to use this universally on the lockable end of the extension cable. So nothing can fall down.

The 1/4" universal joint will not snap into any of my outlets. Have had 1/4" with the Tried the following brands: Craftsman, Harbor Freight, Carlyle, Koken, Metrinch, Gearwrench and MAC. 3/8 and 1/2 still seem to work, although some heads have a very loose fit. I am a service mechanic in the food industry, if you are looking for something professional or high quality I would turn them down.
