I like how easy it was to use, with no prior experience needed! It's super intuitive for anyone who knows what they're doing (even if you don't). The support team are always quick at responding when things go wrong or there needs addressing in some way - which makes me feel more comfortable using their product than other software companies we've used previously where communication has been poor/non-existent etc. Some of our stats aren’t showing up as expected but this could be down to my own…
