Description of Enhanced Replacement Mirror Glass with Full-size Adhesive for SAAB 9-3 93 & 9-5 95, Passenger Side Right RH, 2003-2011 Model Years - Upgrade Your View!

Automotive Grade replacement mirror glass. Actual picture shows mirror glass on top and adhesive at the bottom. Glass is NOT heated and no plastic backing plate attached or included. Does NOT have the optional blind post line 1/3rd to the right of the glass. Diagonal Measure (Longest): 7 1/4 inch = 18.4 cm. See picture how to measure the diagonal dimension. Includes double-sided Automotive Grade adhesive contoured to mirror shape that provides optimum heat transfer and easy installation. Beware of small inefficient adhesive patches that fail shortly after installation, and leave air gap between bonding layers which causes uneven installation and improper heat function. Aluminum back coated real mirror glass for automotive application. Avoid cheap glasses with chrome paint spray film on top that look like mirror but top chrome spray fades or scratches over short time. Light (72 grams = 2.5 ounces) and thin (1 mm = 0.04 inch) glass ensures OEM look and permanent bond to backing plate. Avoid thick and heavy glasses that do not provide OEM look and put heavy weight on backing plate and mirror motor.

Perfect for Saab 9-3

Perfect for my 2008 Saab 9-3. The glass is beautiful, I would buy it without hesitation, excellent value for money. The glue covered the whole back of the mirror but I didn't trust it so I bought silicone and smeared it on the back before gluing the mirror but I wanted to make sure it stayed.

I wanted to replace the broken passenger mirror with one.

Wanted to replace a broken passenger mirror on my daughter's Saab. Searched online and all the auto parts stores had this for $129-$179 just for the mirror. It worked great - easy to install - perfect fit and you can't beat the price. From now on, I'll always be the first to check on Revane.

The adhesive seems very strong and adheres very well to the glass. My car has been driven on crappy Michigan roads in inclement weather, but the mirror seems to be working fine. The only issue I had was that the heated mirror doesn't seem to work with this glue/glass.

Works great on my Saab 9-3

Received exactly what is pictured. It took a total of 5 minutes to remove and replace the previous owner's homemade mirror with this one. I removed the old piece, wiped the plastic mirror holder with alcohol, removed the double sided tape from one side and glued it to the plastic, removed the tape from the other side and glued the mirror. Line it up right and it looks stock. Good product!

Does not fit exactly and glass is curved not flat

Not an exact match as glass is CURVED and not flat. The glass needs to be flat to ensure good adhesion, but its curvature means that the central parts of the glass have a gap and will not stick to the back, allowing it to fall and break as is the case with insulating glass units I received. Also, words are only printed on one side and not on the other side. low quality control of these glass products

Not exactly an exact match.

These replacement mirrors are nice to have but are slightly larger than the frame that holds the original glass. The glue they send fits the frame perfectly, but the mirror glass is slightly larger and overlaps the frame. Frame. So I added additional 3M double-sided tape to the outside edge of the frame to attach the new glass panel. Now it works perfectly and is a huge improvement over the original cracked mirror I had.
