I have been using this program to coordinate my appointments with different doctors throughout Southern California. I like that it's easy to use with all of my different providers. It helps me keep track of everything in one place! The only thing i don't really like about this program is how slow it can be sometimes when you are trying to do something or update your info. I love that it allows me to have my own team of people who can help with referrals or scheduling appointments in an easy way! It takes time but there are many things you learn along your journey too which helps when implementing this system into other areas within our organization as well!! We were able use their platform before we switched over fully however they did not offer any support if something went wrong during implementation so be prepared. I like that this was able to help me find the right information in one place. It's easy to navigate through the system. The ability to pull up records and medical history without having to search multiple providers or systems. This has helped us with our patients who are transitioning from hospital to home.
