The button beeps and after a little experimentation they play a pleasant melody at a good volume. However, the real problem is getting my lover to wear it, which is a work in progress.

I bought this product a few months ago but only tried it a few months ago. One of them didn't work from the start. The second works when the button is pressed, but also turns off at random times when nobody is near the button. This leads to a lot of nightly turmoil and a product that is simply useless! Big disappointment!

Not 110dB, not at all loud compared to other care products, this one is actually just 1 button; ANY horn is useless, they are not loud, they are indistinguishable, they are just a junk product that needs to be reworked to fit what they advertise and actually make useful horns. Nobody wants quiet ringtones, they need ALARM CLOCKS. There isn't even a basic warning or bell. Other products are better.

Works very well. Unfortunately, I still can't fix the selected melody. I still have not received an answer from the manufacturer of this product to my question. Overall it works pretty well, except for fixing the tune we chose. Only the ding-dong melody sounds. Why should you have 55 ringtones if you can't use them? Also, there were no instructions on how to block the ringtone of your choice! UPDATE: After getting the correct instructions on how to pair the ringtones, this worked amazingly!

Works very well. We take one speaker upstairs and one into the living room. If they or my father-in-law really need us they can call and if something happens like throwing up they can keep pressing the button until we wake up and answer. Much better now that we have it. They are an elderly couple and at this point the baby monitors seemed pushy and disrespectful. I used them with my grandmothers when I was looking after them and they were great. We have replaced the notification system which only had a tone and a smaller call button. This system had a large (but not bulky) button for my 95 year old grandmother to easily find and press despite her arthritic hands. The ability to change the audio and have two separate receivers was a nice bonus. We can now have family members on different floors to know when help is needed. A good volume control and a wide range of tones will save you from the Pavlovian reaction to a constantly ringing…
