After setup, the product works fine. Although the instructions literally suck. The target group - sedentary people - expects clear, simple step-by-step instructions. The volume is not that loud. Because of the oxygen machine, it's hard to hear in a noisy environment like a laundry room.

Same instruction. I decide to go back or search the internet. A quick Google search doesn't reveal Liotoin. As a result, the problem with the assembly of the product and the manufacturer's instructions.

Exactly what we needed. I bought it for an elderly friend who lives in a small 3 story apartment. He uses the hospital bed upstairs. He doesn't need someone to be with him every minute. So he has a button that he can press to summon one of his family members to stay with him, which is great. And the signal is received flawlessly from the 2nd floor down to the basement. This is a great affordable product! Very happy with it. Setup was very easy: just plug and play. I have receivers hooked up top and bottom, and I have a portable receiver that I can take out in the yard. I left the receivers on the default ding-dong tone. They are very noisy - you wouldn't get enough sleep. This is perfect for someone, especially the elderly, who need to be able to let you know when they need help. All they have to do is press the glowing red button.

When I first got them I told my mom NOT to use the button for anything other than an emergency. I'm at the other end of the house so she can reach me if she falls. She kept using it for silly reasons, like wanting me to come and find her TV remote. I got fed up and took the button away from her for a while. I just gave it back to her with her understanding of when to use it and she broke down that same evening. It had a drawstring button, thank goodness, and I got to that straight away!
