Great concept. We needed a tall gate that would keep a newly adopted rescue husky indoors but allow our cats to enter the space if they wanted to. Unfortunately, the small 7" x 10" pet door is big enough for a full 58 pound adult 14 month old Husky to quickly get into another room. Good gate. We bought a second one but this time we needed a cat flap. I like the idea but the cat door is huge. Our Australian Shepherd wasn't in the room when we set her up and soon she walked in, saw her and literally walked right through the cat door with ease without even drawing any attention to her.
