Great tool great price!

Bought this nail gun to put shingles on our barn roof. It was actually better than some other branded tools we've used in the past, very powerful and definitely gets the job done!

Will not work on fiber cement siding

I purchased a nail gun and matching nails to install fiber cement siding in my house. I oiled the nail gun, set my air compressor to the recommended pressure, and on the first shot two nails struck the side panel a quarter of the way through. I tried a few more times and nothing worked. So I figured my alignment might be wrong, the nails aren't in the right position, and I've done all the necessary checks. Holds up well despite my violence.

First things first: I'm not a roofer, I bought this for a side project and thought I might sell it when I'm done. occasionally on the siding. Second: I have some experience with them. I used to work in a roofing workshop and regularly repaired all kinds of pneumatic nail guns. It is well built, drives nails well and flies easily.
