Loved the softness and size/opacity of the brush. Have been using it several times a year on 2 cars and a camper van for a little over 2 years. I only had one problem - the handle broke off where it screws into the head of the brush and so far and after 2 band aids I have not been able to remove the broken part. I use this to brush snow off my car and it works great! The soft bristles don't scratch the paintwork when I'm shoveling snow. The long length allows me to take everything off the roof and hood of the car (CR-V, and I'm short). When it's particularly icy, I still have to pull out the scraper to get it off.
