I'm afraid to use it on a bike that weighs over 800 pounds

So I bought it with a ratchet strap. I haven't used either one because I don't feel safe using them on an over 800lb Harley. I understand what the maximum limit is. But the product itself feels flimsy in the hand.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Some bugs

much thicker and wider than the competition

we needed to fasten our motorcycle. A friend gave us a pair but we needed longer ones. We found them and they are really HARD. Much wider, longer and thicker than the others. They don't tear. I highly recommend them.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • There are nuances

Do you need additional attachment points on your trailer?

I bought these straps to add attachment points to my trailer when towing my 3 and 4 wheel vehicles. The length is perfect. I've used them a few times so I can't comment on durability. If there are any problems I will update my rating.

Pros
  • Easy Install
Cons
  • Something else

Problem Solved!: Material Handling Products

I needed a way to attach ratchet straps side by side when loading onto a trailer. The ratchet hooks were too small, but with those straps wrapped around the axles, they provided the perfect attachment point. The breakpoint rating far exceeds the weight of my setup, so not worth worrying about crashing.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Surface
Cons
  • Quality

Wider than the others I've bought

I never used them before this summer, I bought a set of zip ties which included a pair. I'm telling you, this is the only way to tie a bike. I liked the first set so much I gave it to friends to try (never came back) so I bought these. much harder than others. Got it. much stronger than others out there.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Very expensive

Very Heavy Duty Loop Belts

These are designed for very heavy duty applications. They are made of very durable material and sewn well. They are a bit stiff but are good for tying heavy loads. I'm traveling across the country on a trailer with a Goldwing and I'm sure they will be more than strong enough. I was a bit shocked to see how thick they are, but better strong than not strong enough.

  • Weight
Cons
  • Some Small Things

I like them in the Material Handling Products category

Haven't used them yet but they appear to be well made and the right size for the main purpose they were bought for. I will also be using them more in line with their original purpose of securing/tying things in my truck. The price is within my range for my purposes and I might buy another set just because it's better to have too much than too little. I have a few other straps like this one but they are not as wide as this one. I see the need to use both strap widths for different situations.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Out of style
