As a result of using this product I found that the granite finish not only looks stunning but also prevents any sticking or scratching. I love Casaware so much that I'm gradually replacing all my cupcake liners, muffin tins, cookie sheets and toaster sheets. The colors are attractive too, and red and turquoise have made a splash in my kitchen. Nothing sticks and they are very easy to wash after cooking. I make mine by hand as recommended.
