The ease of use, I like how it provides an easy point-and click interface so i dont have any problems using this tool even while working from home in my pajamas! It makes life easier when you can access everything online without having everyone else looking at me or thinking im doing something wrong by accessing data outside their view (even though its not). We have been using this product since 2015. It has helped us streamline our time tracking process by having all of our employees sign in online, instead of manually logging it into an Excel spreadsheet or other system. The customer service team at Cascade are very responsive as well! I would highly recommend them to any organization looking to simplify their employee management processes.
