Casebook PBC is a Public Benefit Corporation headquartered in New York made up of workers from around the country (and the world!) that are passionate about making the world a better place. Casebook is a cloud-based platform that is purpose-built with input from human services practitioners and administrators. Casebook wasn't built to support salespeople or accountants - it was built from the ground up to serve family finders, caseworkers, and others dedicated to helping our most vulnerable citizens. Casebook enables remote work and collaboration and helps organize all the paperwork, tasks, and communications involved in this type of vital work.

The case book software we use to create cases for our clients! It's very easy to use!

The ability to create multiple cases for different clients at once makes this software very useful! I love how simple it can be used by anyone who has basic computer skills, but also allows more advanced users as well with all their features available if needed. It's not always easy finding something you need quickly while using case book so sometimes there isn't much time spent working or solving problems instead just searching through menus trying find what they're looking for which takes too

  • Being in control is best feature about utilizing CASEBOOK no other system lets me do that like them does i am really glad my staff feels safe knowing every step will count towards making decisions regarding future changes within agency operations..it provides structure without feeling rigid.great tool; great people behind its product!!! :)
