This cycle computer is really good and looks great on my Trek Crossrip LTD, which is also black. Installation was easy and I really like the mount. The display is large and easy to read. I am very happy with this purchase.

I was a bit worried about the readability due to the dark display, but it's very easy to read outdoors while driving. This is a very slim bike computer and the front mount makes it easy to see and out of the way.

It has a great upside down display, but unless you're constantly under bright light (where the display looks good) you can't see it at all the rest of the time. This is inconvenient at night when driving in and out of lighted areas. A backlit Padrone Plus would be a better choice. That issue aside, this is a good cateye product.

Really big. Maybe too big. It really dominates your steering wheel. Be sure to read the product specifications so you're ready to open the package. The fastening system looks flimsy, but it is very reliable. The reversed image is difficult to read in low light. If I buy one for another bike I will most likely go for the regular display. It doesn't have Dist2 readings, which I miss.

This is a great product but the black background format doesn't work for me. I have a separate padrone with a plain white background and it's much easier to read. Whether it was morning, afternoon or afternoon, I just couldn't read the numbers very well. I have always used Cateye products and have never had any connection or installation issues. 3 only runs because the black background didn't work for me.

Once you have programmed the date, time, wheel size and 12 hour vs 24 hour preference with 2 small buttons on the back, setup is very easy. However, once installed, you have ONE button. the one on the back, but now it activates every time you touch the bottom front of the device. I could never get it to track speed properly, never run a timer. Most speed/cadence sensors cost at least three times as much. Now I understand why this machine is NOT GOOD.

This is my fourth Padrone. Difficult to read unless exposed to direct sunlight. If you are in the shade, you cannot see the display. Also a lot of glare from the black case. I had to stop and fiddle with the angle about 3 times before the glare went away. I don't see any advantage in the stealth version. The backlight solves the problem. You don't want to take your eyes off the road to stare at a computer you literally can't read. Can be dangerous.

Great product! The only downside is that you can't see a night light in the dark. Follow the installation instructions that are also available on their website and you won't have any problems. Since it doesn't stay in the holder as some have mentioned I've experienced it too many times but when you put it in the holder you hear a click, hold it down and it locks in really well which actually makes it tricky to take it off. I use 2x reading magnifiers and this model is big enough that I can see clearly and easily without glasses. Other than that, it's not that bad. All cat eye odometers I have had are very difficult to program and this one is no exception. After two months of use, it started to work erratically every day. It works for a few minutes and then stops for half an hour and then starts working again without touching it or changing anything. I've tried new batteries, adjusted sensors, positions, etc., all
