I wanted microfiber towels with a good texture to clean surfaces without scratching them. Food always ends up on my glass cooktop, but it scratches easily, so I need an easy way to clean it. The actual surface of the towels is quite smooth. The enlarged product photos show the "high" texture, so I'm a bit disappointed.
