We adopted an 11 year old dog on Saturday. He fell in love with this fantastic feeder straight away! I like it because there is no clutter in my kitchen. The stand stays in one place, like the lighthouse. The bowls are great as they are stainless steel. Buster is about 16 inches tall including his head and this food bowl is PERFECT for him. I love the feeder. I have two cats and use this for my water bowls. They kept tipping over their previous water bowls and now they can't because they're in a pretty wooden box. The feeder came quickly and there was no need to always collect a plus). This is excellent value for money! The only thing that could be improved about the product design is that the bowls are slightly raised at the raised rim so you can slip your fingers underneath to wash and change the water.

It is well made and the finish was so perfect that I didn't have to do anything to the wood. The rug is made from a much heavier material than I thought it would be and is very breathable so be aware if you are worried about mold. We have been using this set for several months now and are very happy with this purchase. My eldest son described it as a crazy sight in the kitchen lol. As our adult qi gets older, we need elevated bowls because they are prone to neck problems. Ours is now 8 months old. Old Chi Pup loves raised bowls too, but be warned if you have a teething little pup. Those corners seem like a great teething opportunity lol. Beautiful raised pet feeder with paws on either side. The height is perfect for my small 14 lb dog. The metal bowls from his other dinnerware set are deeper (and hold more), so I use one for water and the smaller bowl and saucer for food. It's also nice that "bowl holes" are the standard size.
