Suitable for quickly connecting wires

I've used them to install terminators and they work. The quality isn't the best. I had one that I had to clean up with a knife. The knife joint was clogged.

It's hard to get a good crimp.

Very difficult to crimp. After crimping, they don't hold the wire well. In the end I cut off the flared end and pulled out a shovel to solder the wire in place, then replaced the plastic insulator and sealed the whole thing with heat shrink tape. I don't want to keep looking for bad crimp problems. On the other hand, this pairing works great with an existing cable.

You can get many plugs for little money, but are they worth it?

I used these to install dash cams and speed camera detectors in both of our cars and had to rewire the connections in both cars. There is no voltage or weight on any of the wires. I don't know how they compare to other brands as this is my first time using this type of connector. It's a great idea, but if they're all of the same quality, I think I'll look for alternatives. I personally wouldn't buy these again.
