I have used this several times in my class since I bought it. It worked fine then, but when I pulled it out to use it a year later, the display didn't work. It still makes a noise, but now the display doesn't work. This is a good beeper right now.

My old timer only counted down to ninety-nine minutes and I needed a timer that could count down in a few hours. This TM4 is perfect for me. The numbers are large enough to be read without specifications. The alarm clock is loud enough for my old ears. You can clip it to your shirt, place it on your countertop, or even attach it to your fridge with the built-in magnet. It's been about six months since I bought my timer and I'm very satisfied.

I'm a retired baker and these are the timers we used the most. All the others I've tried are hard to hear, this one is very loud which is what I need in a busy kitchen. Easy to install and pull out, can be tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze :) The battery pack may fall out if dropped. Once I put the battery in, I put a piece of tape on top of it. In my opinion the best timer on the market for the price.

We use these timers to keep track of softball games throughout the season. We have clear timing rules, which is why we bought them for use in the fields. Years ago my son gave me a timer that was almost exactly like this. His company offered them as promotional material and he distributed them to all family members. We all loved her. Some are filthy and dirty, some have been lost, but none of them have ever stopped working (except the one that accidentally broke). These are the loudest timers I have ever heard and the numbers are very legible and never go away. Sometimes I use mine as a backup alarm clock. (I just sleep as many hours as I want.)
