A friend bought this and I tried to use it to get out of her car but was stopped so I quickly ordered it from Revain. That works great. It could be improved to be more durable but for the price and functionality it works great. Depending on your vehicle settings, you may find that the volume button or radio presets are covered by your phone. I find it annoying, but not so much that I don't use it every day. Life saver for navigating and keeps me "hands free" to avoid tickets.

This phone holder is good because it holds the phone securely, accommodates the charging cable while holding the phone, and is easy to install. However, I cannot tighten it when installed in the CD slot. It won't fall out, but can still move up and down while riding. I would also say if you have a CD player next to the steering column, the switch on the column can touch the phone mount. I have a 2001 Sierra and it fits the Switch perfectly. The first few times it was difficult to set up. The first time I used it when I had to abruptly change lanes to avoid colliding with another driver, it flew out of the vent I had it attached to and the phone, luckily in a phone case, went with it.
