🪙 Premium Coin Ring Punch Set with Self-Centering Design - No Spacers Required - 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4" Punch Sizes Review

Even knowing the 1/4 hole punch is microchipped it still works pretty well. This is a good set if you have a 1 ton press or higher. I wish the punches were at a slight angle to make punching holes easier and I wish the punches were this size. it would be nice. Otherwise I like this set, it works well. It is not recommended to punch dimes with this set, you will enjoy trying to get them out of the hole.

Material quality is very good. Not sure what tolerances to expect as this is my first time buying a center drill bit set. I have used 3/8" and 1/2" hole punches to punch holes in coins and both are approximately .010 is not round. It's just under 1/64 of an inch. I know the shots need some play, but I'm still not sure if that's a good tolerance or not. I ended up sawing off half of the coin ring to keep everything straight.

Coin Punch Set is of good quality and works well. The self-centering die works well with coins of all sizes and performs as advertised. The only downside would be to make the threads on the die a bit larger. The kit I received came with two 3/8" punches, but I didn't have a 1/4" punch. I contacted the seller and he said he's sending me a 1/4" hole punch but hasn't received it yet.
