This is a perfectly functional Tolite seat, easy to clean and install. I'm not sure what else some people expect? It's a durable plastic so coatings won't peel off, it's comfortable and lifts and closes with ease. I installed them on two under $100 Home Depots bundled in a box. The seats they came with were junk, very much like cardboard, covered in some sort of veneer. These new seats are of much better quality. They are even better than any other toilet seat I've bought from a plumbing store.
