Centric Parts 116 35005 Brake Sensor Review

Works great, I used it on my 2007 CLK 550 convertible. It was a good price, the ones at the dealership were three times more expensive and those from MBZ were even more expensive

It turned out there are only 2 of these sensors in my car and they were ok and reused so I sent them back but they were a direct replacement so I cannot recommend them do not give full credit rating, but a rating cannot be posted without ticking at least 1 star.

Easy to install Fits like a re-bought OEM, my car needed brakes so I bought them for the sensor. Works and fits OEM on my Mercedes Benz. Make sure your brakes don't come with sensors as I ordered several brakes and they were included in the package.

This thing was identical to the original/OEM part it replaced after my right front brake pad became too worn. I swear these things are all made in the same factory in China. Guys, buy the cheapest and that's it. This isn't rocket science. This will work fine.

Required to replace the rear brake sensor on the s 500 after resetting the pad wear code when lapping the original sensor. It took 5 minutes to install and delete the code. If your vehicle's driver information system indicates brake pad wear, you likely need to replace one or more of these sensors. One on each of the front pads and one on the back for a total of three on my 2001.

Finally the right part! Please note that all sensors on the MB E320 are different and depend on the position of the caliper. The right rear is the only one for the rear brakes. The front wheels have different types of sensors on EACH wheel, so be careful. I'm only providing this information because there are many "sensor" vendors, but I'm not giving the exact location. Sensors are NOT suitable for every axis. Again, this is just a part for the right (passenger) rear sensor.

For the 2003 Mercedes E500 (W211) this sensor is keyed to match the front or rear passenger side sensor connectors. That's about 20% of the left pad's sensor. The front sensor on the driver's side uses the left sensor for 50% of the pad. Use Centric item no. 116.35008 for the front connector on the driver's side. I also had Centric pads and had to use a 1/8" bit to drill a sensor hole in the pad to make it slide. On the 2003 E500 this sensor is only in the front and you have to hold the tool…
