I've used about five types of ceramic and this is by far the best for the job. You can tell when it's ready to be removed and it leaves a phenomenal shine. I had another type of ceramic that was sticky and you could never tell when to remove it. I used it on one of my cars about 6 months ago and the shine is still amazing. Worth buying

Finished detailing our 2001 Passat. The car spent 19 years in Ct, many times buried under several feet of snow and ice. Now here in Florida. Looks like a new car. There's 120k on it. In detail by me. Just finished. Need more time to answer the question of durability or removal. A bottle plus a little did this remedy. You wouldn't do two cars with one bottle. Napkins and a microfiber cloth are nice additions.

I love this ceramic coating! It was incredibly easy to install! I've painted my car and my wife's SUV and only used half a bottle! Shine on my car is amazing! (first 3 photos). You can clearly see how clear the reflection is. The last 3 photos show what the car looked like after a few days of rain. Not to say it didn't need a wash, but it's a lot cleaner than you'd expect from a black car after a ride in the rain.

This product appears to work very well and is easy to apply. By all means, do it in bits and pieces and buff, don't let it sit for too long. Also, be sure to wear a mask or stay in a well-ventilated area as this material has a strong odor. I used a microfiber sponge instead of an applicator and can see it worked really well. This is a great kit that I have had good results with. I postponed the preparatory work for two weekends so as not to rush. I repaired all the scratches, polished, removed swirls, wrapped etc over the weekend and just removed the last of the wax, washed and dried before applying this weekend. The kit includes everything you need for ceramic coating and looks great afterwards. Hopefully the winter weather is almost over this year. The product was packaged in very nice packaging which contained gloves, applicator sponge, cloths and a polishing cloth. Very easy to apply and polish. The car lights up beautifully. A few observations: 1. As others have said, prep - I thoroughly washed and clayed the entire car before applying. BTW I used dish soap when washing to try and remove as much wax or anything oily as possible (most "car soaps” are NOT designed to remove wax, in which case you should.) 2. I have used several ceramic finishes and this is good. I've used it on a few cars and with two coats the cars look like they are covered in glass. I really like the look after application. Coating wasn't a big deal. It's definitely less work than waxing. The challenge was the preparation. As this is a durable finish I had to do a lot of prep work on the car.
