I found this version more difficult to use than the parallel version. Once two were connected it was difficult to wrap your fingers around one of them to separate it. I used this at my desk and sometimes wanted to turn off the power and leave my headphones on while moving around the office. Deactivating only one of the two is cumbersome.

Used sporadically for about a month then stopped working completely. Follow the instructions to connect the charging source and headphones to the dual inputs first, THEN connect to my iPhone 8+ and there is no charging or sound through the headphones. It's really a shame, because it worked perfectly for a short time.

I have a device that connects to an iPad. It didn't work with this adapter no matter what I tried. I flipped the connector, tried both slots (all 4 ways), just tried to connect without charging, nothing happens. Without this adapter it works perfectly. It's not even registered. The iPad was charging while in use, but data transfer was not possible.

I've always had problems with my iPhone. With only one port, I always had to either charge my phone at night because I was down on 1 battery charge, or turn down the volume and struggle to read the subtitles because I didn't want to disturb my kids with loud noises. With this product I can now do both: listen with headphones and charge my phone! I wish I had bought this sooner! I didn't even know this product existed! I'm having a really hard time believing that this iPhone splitter adapter is actually Apple MFi certified as it didn't work at all with my iPhone 11. Do not recognize the charger and charge the phone through this adapter. (My phone charges directly from a regular Lightning charging cable, so that's not the issue.) Love this for live streaming. I grab my DJI Osmo and it's ready to go (including my wireless mic and power adapter) and I can stream with pro audio all day long. Excellent stuff.
