The seam where the hard plastic piece goes through came out and I had to sew it back on. The strap on my other shoe is stuck and I can't adjust it and it's too tight. I heard great things, I was excited to get them. But it was a big disappointment.

I paid about $70 for them in April, it's crazy how much the price has gone up. I usually wear a size 10 but I wear a size 11. Sometimes my toe can get a little tight but that can be fixed.

I'm not entirely sure why I'm so unhappy about getting these chacos. I first got a pair that was too small so I sent them back and ordered a bigger pair but the laces ended up getting completely stuck. It didn't move at all and pressed into my skin that was too painful to wear. I ended up just sending it back but I never received the shoes. It was a disappointing experience as I was looking forward to a shoe with such a high rating.

These shoes were highly recommended to me. The quality of the materials is excellent. I have high hopes for these shoes. The only thing I had trouble with was that the straps fit my feet perfectly! I still gave them 5 stars because I think they are a good customization system. I just need a little bit to get there.

I've been waiting years to finally order these after seeing a friend wearing them and I'm not disappointed! I still have to get used to the strap adjustments but they feel so good and sturdy. Best of all, unlike many other sandals I've had in the past, they're water repellent (!). Not sure how the cleaning will go, but having only had it for a week I'm happily getting used to it.

As we all know, chacos are great. I like the pattern but the smell is so chemical and plastic. It won't go away either. I've aired them out and worn them everywhere and you can still smell them throughout the room.

I love the support these sandals offer and they are definitely high quality, but the adjustable strap tends to smother my big toe after a while no matter how much space I start out with.

Chaco sandals are the best! Good quality, comfortable and easy to clean. long lasting, I went for a solid pink color and I love this color! I highly recommend these sandals! I wear them with everything! Jeans, shorts, dresses! Yes, they cost a little more. However, they are worth it. They last forever!

They are simple but powerful with excellent support. I wanted hiking sandals that would look good on a sandy or rocky beach. This is compliant. There were no half sizes so I ordered a 9 instead of the 8 1/2 I usually wear and they are ok.

I really like how well supported these sandals are and I have a feeling they will hold up well. The straps have a sort of system where you pull on them to adjust them to your foot. It may just take a while to get used to it, but some days I feel like my thumb is choking every day. I don't know if they're tense or if my fingers are swollen. So. I don't like that about them and they take longer to put on and take off as you have to put them on and take them off every time.

I love these, but the toe strap tends to tighten as you walk, requiring you to pull it up a few times throughout the day. Loves the color way too tight to even get my toe in.

I bought these sandals for a trip to Costa Rica where I will be doing many outdoor activities and water adventures and these shoes were perfect! My only regret is that I didn't buy them sooner. I usually wear a size 7 but had to downsize to a size 6 for maximum comfort.

The perfect surprise for our vacation in Hawaii! I've worn them everywhere. It doesn't matter if we were at the beach, strolling through Volcanoes National Park or just strolling around and looking at all the shops. They worked great and my grip was always reliable. No blisters or signs of wear on the legs or ankles.

Have been there before, but 9 are very tight... 10 ordered... The L shaped foot seems ok but the straps on the right shoe are too long…. Tightened all the way - still oddly matched and loose walking... sorry I've worn them a few times to try and make them work so I probably won't be able to return 😏 would love to try another pair but to expensive for a test run

Great fit, all-day comfort. Haven't tried them for hiking yet but they support all day walking well on uneven ground. No flats are going to like these - they have bulges, just like I was hoping. I find the straps to be easy to adjust and fit comfortably without being tight (or loose) in any area. Don't rub, don't flop. I can't say anything bad about her.

I'm sure they are great for other people but not for me. I have a high arch and yet the arch of the shoe puts so much pressure on the arch of the foot that it causes calf cramps. The sole can fit better around your foot on the sides. Not my favourite.

1. Listen to the feedback on the M and W widths - if you're somewhere in between or slightly more than M, or your foot swells throughout the day, go for the W width. They are so durable and comfortable. This is the first time I've tried a harness and I love it! Great support and I usually wear them until there's no sole left!

I have very sensitive skin so the straps were very rough and I could tell they would chafe and blister. The strap is hard and scratchy, only rubs against the inside of the foot and the toe when trying on. It didn't seem to soften or stretch out over time so I went back. It's also very difficult to set up.
