I like this! Ideal for easy hikes and swimming in the water! It took me a while to learn how to adjust the straps but now they are perfect!

This pair doesn't feel as comfortable as the pair I bought 4 or 5 years ago. I bought this pair to take to Costa Rica in August. I take both pairs.

I bought this pair and the black pair 45 days ago and the material is torn. I have had a pair of Chacos for 7 years and have never had this problem. I'm starting to wonder if these are the real Chacos. Of course, my returns window is now closed as well

I couldn't wear normal chacos because the sole was very stiff. They have great artistic support, curves in just the right places, and are soft enough to wear all day.

Use them all the time in the mountains/water. I love that you have a sock option or you can just pull the strings and have no sock option. I have a 7/7.5, ordered 7 and it fits perfectly.

They contract when I walk, literally cutting off blood flow to both sides of my big toe, leaving numerous cuts and blisters.

Chaco with a strap is the only way out! Got them for half sale and am very happy with them. It's hard to pay $100 for Chacos, so buy them for $50 instead.

Great fit and had the same issue as others where the cart page said 'men' but they actually showed as women. Watch how to adjust the strap and pull it into the perfect shape. Many people think they don't fit, but never try to fit them.

After wearing it for a short time, I took it with me on vacation before I left. I was pleasantly surprised that I could wear them for long walks.

Like the design. They have held up well for hiking and the beach. To be honest they never got dirty on the straps. Great product, super processed. Not a huge difference between Cloud and Normal, but I would say Cloud is more comfortable with longer wear.

I usually wear a size 7. I wish they were a size up. My friends tell me I just have to break them in. I hope they become more comfortable because they are perfect for kayaking!

The shoes are heavy and big. Maybe it's men's size? When I put it in the cart it became a men's shoe but other reviews said they got women's shoes even if it happened to them. I can't tighten my ankle enough and the strap is dangling. I will return these shoes. Damn.

For the record, I'm usually 38 in Birkenstocks and 8-9 in boots and TEVs. I can wear 8 in them and they fit perfectly. and they feel secure without having to overtighten the straps and without one strap being longer than the other. this is my third pair, not because they are worn but because i love them so much! more comfortable than the Chaco OG for those of us who don't need a lot of arch support but need something when it makes sense 😍 Comfort right out of the box 👍🏽

At first, I had some of the same issues that other reviews mention here: a long, dangling strap that wasn't necessarily comfortable to the touch, and straps that tightened as you went longer. I thought about returning them, but the price for the black and white version couldn't be higher, so I tried again and finally figured out how to CORRECTLY adjust the main zigzag straps: toe loop, upper leg strap, and buckle strap. I can say this shoe is built to last, overall I am very happy with these sandals and they are perfect for any outdoor activity. One thing I notice is that the thumb strap gets too tight when worn as the foot naturally pulls on the strap around the ankle for more flexibility. I tried adjusting the straps to fit one strap on the shoe but then I couldn't tighten the ankle strap tight enough. I don't mind adjusting the sandal from time to time and maybe with a sock in the future it won't be so…

I really wanted to love them but I quickly realized that these shoes are not for flat/low arch feet. I also have fibromyalgia which is why they caused such severe aching pain in my legs from the arch brace. Again, I love the concept and pretty much everything about these perfect street sandals... I just don't have any good stuff, probably due to my low arches/flat feet.
