I use them to stop unfinished beer. They fit well. I wash them in the dishwasher and it seems to work fine without ruining the rubber. They're pretty cheap too, so I don't worry if I send someone home and don't get them back.

These are the best bottle stoppers I've found since the 70's. when bottle caps were all the rage and there was plenty to choose from. I used them for a beer last week or so when I didn't feel like drinking one (don't judge me!), and the next day or two I found the rest of the drink just as fizzy as ever. Every year I organize homebrewing (beer) competitions and try to bring something new to the judges' tables every year. Once a bottle is opened, it's difficult to store its soda when you only have one bottle and need to save it for later. These are perfect for that.
