Great tool for improving possession

Great tool for improving possession, passing and shooting. After a few days of use you will notice a big difference. Remember to focus on technique. Getting it wrong with this weighted ball can ruin your game.

Pros
  • Weight: 2 lbs
Cons
  • No power

Exactly what we needed!

Great muscle building for young shooters. It's not so heavy that it would be dangerous for the baby to use it, which is a plus. Holds air great so you can bounce off a little too. a bit of abrasion to remove the outer coating I think.

Pros
  • Rubber Coated
Cons
  • Clear

Good tool to improve your dribbling

Good tool to improve your dribbling skills. My son uses it all the time. A little less than 29.5, but that's okay. It doesn't bounce like a regular basketball, so the types of exercises you can do with the ball are somewhat limited. My son is only 12 and still not comfortable with forcing him to lift weights, but using this ball, just dribbling practice, has made his arms stronger. I bought a 4 pound ball. I wish he jumped a little higher but overall he's happy.

Pros
  • Men's size
Cons
  • Generally good but...

My favorite heavy ball

Very good weight for practice ball. Not too heavy to injure a shoulder, elbow, or wrist when shooting, or too heavy to disrupt shot mechanics/timing/rhythm. It is ideal for practicing dribbling at game speed and very useful for increasing range. I have 3lb and 6lb balls and this is my favorite ball because it's light enough to be versatile. A typical indoor ball weighs 600-640 grams, while this one weighs 908 grams (454 grams per pound). Being a rubber ball, it's durable outdoors (but no clumps

Pros
  • To improve shooting, batting, passing and power development
Cons
  • Doubtful
